Loan Programs - Old
The Marin Workforce Housing Trust accepts applications on a continuous basis. Our current requirements for rental housing are described in the Notice of Funding Availability. Please click on the Loan Application for the documentation required for submission. For preliminary discussions, please use the Preliminary Application Form and contact the Executive Director to discuss your project.
