Opportunity Fund
The Marin Workforce Housing Trust has partnered with Opportunity Fund to provide underwriting, closing and servicing administration. Opportunity Fund manages over $20 million in funds for multi-family housing, homeless and transitional housing and other community facilities. With a 16-year track record of providing early-stage and later-stage subordinate financing in Silicon Valley, Opportunity Fund provides the Trust with an efficient and effective operational capability.
